Arthur joined CAN in 2018 having gained 4 years industry experience working at Xaxis and ESI Media. Arthur manages operations and relationships for agencies and councils, maximising performance through ongoing campaign optimisations.
Eleri has more than 18 years media sales experience across print and digital platforms; Eleri has worked in in local government since 2016.
Eleri also works part-time as the Commercial Manager for the London Borough of Haringey, a role in which she generates revenue for council print publications, digital and commercial sponsorship opportunities. Eleri brings a an in-depth understanding of public sector requirements with a wealth of experience building multi media campaigns that deliver return on investment for advertisers.
DIGITAL TRADING MANAGER
Guillaume has almost 10 years of digital ad industry experience with a range of premium UK sales houses. Most recently he worked with Ad2One UK across key publisher accounts such as Reed and TFL to spearhead their programmatic monetisation infrastructure. He is also experienced with a vast array of market leading technologies, including both Google and AOL’s digital product suites.
Advertising Sales Director
John-Paul co-founded CAN in 2014 based on his 15 years of experience in developing commercial digital platforms for retail, education, health and local government sectors. John-Paul is working with advertisers and agencies to maximise the opportunities of the CAN estate.
Lloyd started out in strategy consulting and has focused his career on developing new ventures. He has worked with local authorities for the past 10 years, most recently as MD of the Capacitygrid. He has a joint MBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands and the University of Florida in the USA.
Mark has worked in local government website development since 1998 and was part of the team who launched the first ever council website. He has deep understanding of the challenges council web teams face and has a wealth of experience in what works well.
HEAD OF AGENCY SALES
Matthew joined CAN in 2015 after more than 6 years in media sales across both print and digital titles. Matthew focuses on agency sales helping them reach the right audience across our network of local council websites , intranets and portals.
